The Rockwall Independent School District (RISD) is soliciting proposals for the Removal and Replacement of the existing stage curtains at the RISD Performing Arts Centers located at Heath High School and Utley Middle School per the specifications stated elsewhere in this solicitation document. A response to this solicitation is an offer to contract with Rockwall ISD and its members based on the specifications and standard terms and conditions contained in the bid document. Any explanation desired or questions by a vendor regarding the meaning or interpretation of these instructions or any other documents included in this solicitation must be requested in writing to RISD, Director of Purchasing, 1050 Williams Street, Rockwall, TX 75087 (jana.hunter@rockwalllisd.org) with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach vendors before the submission of their offers. Award to a single vendor, multiple vendors, each line item separately, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the District. If the Respondent chooses to propose "All or None" or is not agreeable to multiple or split awards, it must be noted as a deviation and included with the response.
