The County of Napa is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ's) from Architectural design teams with an Architectural lead firm and electrical, mechanical, civil and structural sub consultants to enter into a multi-year on call contract for as needed services. The County operates and maintains a large variety of facility types ranging from small residential structures to airport hangars to large commercial buildings in a campus type setting and more. These buildings range in age and type of construction material. The County routinely has the need to maintain or upgrade these sites and facilities for the following type of projects: 1. ADA upgrades 2. Generator installations 3. Vehicle charging stations 4. Roof repair, rehabilitation, modifications or replacement for all types of roofs 5. Building envelope sealing, painting and repairs 6. Window upgrades and replacements 7. Airport hangar retrofits 8. HVAC modifications 9. Interior remodels 10. Interior or exterior signage Last Day for Questions February 23, 2022 Expected Interviews of Top Ranked Firms March 11, 2022 Contract Approved by BOS April 15, 2022 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
