Site work and paving for a road / highway in Romeoville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes the routing, cleaning and sealing of pavement cracks at various locations throughout the Village. Bids are to be addressed to the Village of Romeoville, 615 Anderson Drive, Romeoville, Illinois, 60446, and shall be marked "Sealed Bid - Roadway Crack Sealing 2021/22." All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty as provided in the Illinois Department of Transportation- Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions." Bidders shall be responsible to notify each subcontractor of the wage rates set forth in this contract and any revisions thereto. If the Department of Labor revises the wage rates, the revised rate as provided by the public body shall apply to this contract and the Bidder will not be allowed additional compensation on account of said revisions. The Village of Romeoville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in IDOT BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals contained in the "Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions."
