Site work for a water / sewer project in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope of work includes the following approximate quantities: 120 EA F&I+R (Furnish, Install, and Remove) Inlet Protection, 1560 EA Inlet Inspection/ Maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish and install Flexstorm inlet bags inside catch basins as specified by the Owner. Catch basins that require protection will be identified on service maps provided by the Owner. As the construction season progresses, new inlet bag installation and maintenance will be identified by the Owner and added to the service maps. New inlets are to be installed on a bi-weekly maintenance day from April 15, 2022, until November 2, 2022. See table below for maintenance schedule. The City of Grand Forks, herein referred to as Owner, engages the Contractor as an independent Contractor and not as an employee, in stormwater inlet protection services within general areas of the City associated with home construction. Work will be done on an ongoing basis for a period beginning upon execution of the contract until November 2, 2022. Work will include, but is not limited to, installation of inlet bags in catch basins near home developments, maintaining bags on a bi-weekly basis, removal of the bags upon the completion date of the contract, and other related work as necessary.
