**As of March 25 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pending submittal of required paperwork, the project is intended to be awarded to Burk Excavating, L.L.C. furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of: Ritter Park Boat Ramp Replacement Project All questions should be directed to the Architect/Engineer: Chad E. Lulfs, P.E., P.S., City Engineer Obtaining these documents from any other source(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. Obtaining these documents from any source other than directly from the source listed herein may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections or other revisions to these documents that may be issued. Prevailing wage rates are applicable to the contract. Any proposed equal for a standard shall be submitted to the Engineer not later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. if no addendum is issued accepting the proposed equal as an approved equal, the proposed equal shall be considered rejected. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on public improvements in Henry County and the City of Napoleon, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor & Worker Safety, Wage and Hour, (614) 644-2239.
