The Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District is seeking sealed bids for the supply and installation of structural timber trusses for the Larkin Cottage Building Project. Contractors will provide labor, materials, and engineered stamped drawings to fabricate, supply and install the Trusses, Former Purlin, Ridge Beams and all associated structural components and bracing required per specifications found in the provided Project Manual and Construction Drawings. OSHA Certification required; 5% Bid Deposit Bond required; 50% Payment Bond upon award of contract required. Prevailing Wages Apply Provide labor, materials, and engineered stamped drawings to fabricate, supply and install the Structural Timber Trusses, Former Purlin, Ridge Beams and all associated structural components and bracing required per specifications found in the provided Project Manual and Construction Drawings.
