On-call contract for sanitary sewer manhole lining as part of the Citys Capital Improvement Plan. Manhole rehabilitation will include manhole lining, rim adjustment, removal and replacement of existing adjustment rings, and remove and replacement of existing manhole cover and frame with watertight manhole frame and cover. Pre-Bid Meeting - There will be NO Pre-Bid meeting, only submissions of questions through online, deadline for submitting questions will be 5:00 PM on February 21, 2022. Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered. If you have specific questions concerning the bid specifications or the scope of work, please submit on Civcast. The City of West University Place reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City.
