Rehab 85 existing type 1 anchors per attached detail(Attachment 1 Drawing 3&4) 2. Construct 23 new anchors per attached detail(Attachment 1 Drawing 2) 3. Scope of this work must be completed no later than 07/1/2022 4. A project work plan must be approved by Regional San prior to commencing work on the project. 5. A safety plan must be provided to satisfy the Plant's Safety Office requirements Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively.
