Project Completion: July 1, 2022 The SSB1 Anchor replacement and Rehab project will rehab existing Anchors and add new anchors.
1. Rehab 85 existing type 1 anchors per attached detail(Attachment 1 Drawing 3&4)
2. Construct 23 new anchors per attached detail(Attachment 1 Drawing 2)
3. Scope of this work must be completed no later than 07/1/2022
4. A project work plan must be approved by Regional San prior to commencing work on the project.
5. A safety plan must be provided to satisfy the Plant's Safety Office requirements Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively. Regional San hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, political affiliations of beliefs, sex, age, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status or pregnancy as set forth hereunder. The contractor must clean up their work site after completing work and remove any construction materials. The contractor should include in their proposal how they plan to ensure that construction debris will not fall into SSB1 Basins and leave pathways between basins clear of debris. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Regional San reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received.
