Each tender must be placed in a sealed return envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the call for tenders document. To be eligible, any submission must: 1. be presented on the forms provided by the City; The deadline to file a complaint is February 21, 2022. Any offer that does not meet one or other of the eligibility and compliance conditions described in the general administrative clauses will be rejected.
