Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Milton, Ontario. Design plans call for the addition of a three-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a three-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Construction of an addition and alterations to the Milton Courthouse as part of the Courthouse User Experience (CUE) Hub Program. The scope includes civil and landscape modifications to suit construction of a new entrance and addition of approximately 24,000 square feet. The addition will contain a new main entrance and lobby for the building, including a security screening area, information kiosk, and café; a new jury assembly suite; amenities and support services for police and building staff; and complementary service spaces. The project also includes the renovation of the existing holding areas, upgrades to the existing security systems, a new wayfinding and signage strategy, and updates to the exterior landscaping. TIMELINE: As of April 2022, the architect was secured for completion of a conceptual master planning of the Milton courthouse site, including validation of Existing Functional program and will provide coordination with the existing Capital Repair project team to ensure alignment of the on-going upgrades within the Milton Courthouse.
