Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Winchester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 256-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a 1,668-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for paving for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Winchester Transfer Station Redevelopment Project. Upgrades to all facilities of the existing Transfer Station, including demolition and disposal of the Incinerator Building.. The scope of work includes site preparation, relocation of various existing site features including equipment and containers, utility disconnection and abandonment, demolition of several single-story sheds, abatement and demolition of the Incinerator Building, construction of paving, concrete pads on-grade, construction of sheet pile retaining wall, installation of a modular scale house building, attendant booth, and staff trailer, installation of covered canopy system, installation of drainage pipe, stormwater collection and subsurface detention system, water service piping and associated valves and fittings, sewer pipe, installation of electrical services, utility poles and lighting, security systems, signage, fabrication and installation of chute and hopper assemblies for recycling area compactors, various upgrades to the Tipping Building including a new electrical utility room, structural repairs, HVAC installation and repairs, compactor repairs, conveyor repairs, roof repairs, fire suppression systems, and associated tasks.
