**As of April 5, 2022, this project has been awarded to Triple M Construction, Inc. and the awarded amount is $1,216,845.25 (Base Bid + Alternates 1 + Contingency).** The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of demolition, new concrete, concrete replacement, asphalt repairs, landscape repairs and traffic control, including all work appurtenant thereto, on various streets, parks and open space within the City of Louisville, Colorado.
