Reference number : 1568007 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Adelphe is requesting bids for the looping of the aqueduct of Antonio-Magnan, Baillargeon and La Station streets via Industrielle street. The total loop distance is approximately 520 meters and the majority of the work is to be carried out by directional drilling. The work covered by the contract is detailed in the article "Object of the contract" of the "SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSES". BID GUARANTEE: A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made out to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Adelphe, must accompany the bid. All tenders must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the date set for the opening of tenders. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY: Only persons, companies and corporations having their main place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license in under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors are eligible to tender. The Municipality of Saint-Adelphe does not accept any offer sent by fax, any offer thus transmitted will be automatically rejected. The Municipality of Saint-Adelphe does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders. award is subject to final approval.
