It is mandatory that all bids be prepared electronically using WYDOT Electronic Bid System (EBS) and a hard copy of the bid be Submitted. An electronic bid bond is preferred, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid. In lieu of the electronic bid bond, a cashier's check payable to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming in the amount of 10 percent of the bid is acceptable.
