ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT At the time of award by the CISSSME to the Contractor, the CISSSME will assign its responsibilities under the contract for the equipment described in the Technical Specification. The Contractor shall enter into this contract as a subcontract under its sole responsibility, thereby assuming all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities, including payments made under the contract. The assignment by the CISSSME to the Contractor shall in no way release the tenderer from its responsibilities and obligations under this contract. The CISSSME will notify the tenderer of the assignment of this contract. The supplier will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation of the supplied equipment in coordination with the Contractor responsible for the installation. He must ensure that the manufacturer's installation recommendations are respected by the Contractor. Work description : The Monteregie Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSSME) intends to place a pre-order for the manufacture and delivery to the site of a ventilation unit with a condensing unit (heat pump) in order to avoid delays in the delivery of the equipment and thus ensure the smooth running of the work. Supply and install, as indicated on the plans, an air handler for outdoor installation. Sizes, types and performance characteristics must conform to the device specifications. Each device must include all components as shown on the plans and the units (specified and equivalent) must be approved by the AH RI in accordance with standard 430. The days and hours of opening of the offices of the public body for the receipt of tenders are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Only contractors having a business office in Quebec (NB when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, add the following text: "or in a province or territory covered by this agreement") and holding the required license are eligible to bid. under the Building Act. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The price includes all costs necessary to apply the preventive measures recommended by public authorities in the context of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Considering the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the PUBLIC BODY is opening the Bids without an audience, so the BIDDERS will not be able to attend in person. The opening will be filmed and published on SEAO within 4 working days following the deadline for receipt of submissions. Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). In order to access the premises of the PUBLIC BODY, any representative of the TENDERER (including in particular its employee, its consultant, or, where applicable, its subcontractor) must be adequately protected against COVID-19, present proof of this by means of an identity document and the QR code that he received for this purpose from the Government of Quebec and allow verification using the VaxiCode Verif application. The person responsible for the physical delivery of the tender to the offices of THE PUBLIC BODY is also subject to the same conditions. This measure must be respected as long as a government decree requires it. In addition, the aforementioned persons must comply with any changes to the measure that may be adopted by government decree. All bidders, contractors and sub-contractors will be considered to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The Project Manager does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
