Reference number : 1568439 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Estimated value: $6,056,100 to $9,099,999 City of Rimouski is requesting tenders for the following project: Renewal of a supply pipe 500 mm in diameter over approximately 5,000 linear meters between the St-Anaclet valve chamber and the Desrosiers valve chamber, including the construction of valve chambers and/or air purges as well as drainage units, the repair and the construction of culverts, the rehabilitation of a culvert by insertion, the replacement of equipment on the existing pipes, the construction of an emergency link to secure the water supply to the Lamontagne reservoir, the repair of surfaces and commissioning. This project is receiving financial assistance under the Municipal Water Infrastructure Fund Program (FIMEAU) and the Federal Gas Tax Transfer Program to Municipalities (TECQ). Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: 1. a guarantee or a check certified by a financial institution made out to the order of Ville de Rimouski, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the quotation, valid for sixty (60) days; 2. an authorization to sign on behalf of the company; 3. Bidder's statement; 4. if required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) performance guarantee of 50% of the total amount of the tender; b) guarantee of payment of labor and materials of 50% of the total amount of the tender. 5. a certificate of tax compliance.
