The duration of the work will be approximately 4 weeks. CONDITION : Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the bid amount or in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the Office municipal d'habitation de Beauce-Etchemin , irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years.
