Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gold Beach, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Description: The Oregon State Police ("OSP") is soliciting bids from reputable and licensed contracting firms for construction work at OSP's Gold Beach office located at 28200 Hunter Creek Rd., Gold Beach, OR 97444 Specifications 1. Bollards Source and install approx. 18-20 galvanized steel bollards with gray sleeves in front of building. Bollards shall be approx. 48" high (above ground), 7" diameter, installed 4' apart, either core drill cemented to existing concrete or anchored in sono tubes and concrete at 30" depth. See Exhibit A. 2. Steel Paneling of Interior Lobby Walls Install 3/8" steel paneling on interior lobby walls at a height of 2' to 6'. Install drywall over paneling and texture and finish to match existing paint. See Exhibit B Bid Evaluation: A contract (see sample attachment Exhibit C) will be awarded in the form of a Purchase Order to the lowest-price bidder who agrees to and meets all the mandatory requirements, taking into account additional considerations such as experience, expertise, contractor responsibility.
