Whatever the mode of dispatch that the tenderer chooses to adopt, all tenders must, to be validly accepted, be under cover in a sealed envelope, identified with the name of the company and including the number of the call for offers APP-22-005-DTPST The City of Carignan does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. The City of Carignan disclaims all liability for losses, costs, damages or other that the tenderer(s) could suffer or would have suffered for the preparation and presentation of the tenders.
