Bidders to bid on regular gasoline delivered in tank wagon lots to County Highway Garage and any other point in White County where needed. ITEM 2. 120,000 gallons or less, on and off road diesel fuel to meet the following specifications: fuel must be guaranteed 50 cetane; fuel must meet or exceed ASTM 975 Specs; fuel product should be linked to a quality control program from refinery to end user; no biodiesel added unless specifically requested; fuel should be winterized at terminal loading facility; must contain a modern diesel detergency package and lubricity enhancer that is researched and injected at the terminal rack, No splash blending permitted; product should be locally sourced, including the crude oil at refinery of origin; bill of lading will be provided at time of delivery with all information clearly stamped, including product, gallons, terminal origin, etc.; price quotes will be net delivered with no add on fees; product must be ULS<15 PPM certified with documentation; deliveries must be made within 24 business hours of order placement. Bidders to bid on transport lots to County Highway Garage and tank wagon lots to any point in White County where needed. ITEM 3. Tires and tubes for County Highway equipment. Bid on regular type tire and mud or snow type tire, both types to be first grade tires capable of being recapped if desired. NOTE: Specifications as to sizes on file in County Auditor's office. All bids to include various supplies and mounting tires on rims or wheels at the time of purchase. Bidders to also quote service charge for repairing and mounting tires at various points in the county. Bidder to furnish County Highway with up to date price list at all times. ITEM 4. 125,000 tons or less crushed limestone, road gravel, cement gravel, and ice sand that is state spec or commercial grade loaded on county trucks at quarries or quote delivered price to Reynolds, Indiana. NOTE: Specifications as to sizes of stone on file in the County Auditor's office. All stone to meet County Highway Superintendent's Specifications. ITEM 5. 1,000,000 gallons or less, A.E. grades of bituminous materials furnished, meeting Indiana State Highway Specifications. Material must meet approval of County Highway Department and be delivered F.O.B. To any point in White County. ITEM 6. 3,000 tons or less, cold mix patching material to comply with INDOT Specifications. Bidder must be qualified with the INDOT. ITEM 7. 30,000 tons or less, (HMA) bituminous coated paving materials, FOB PRICE AND FURNISH AND LAY PRICE. All material, equipment and workmanship to be in accordance with 1999 INDOT Standard Specifications. Bidder production shall be no less than 250 ton per hour. NOTE: Specifications as to types of bituminous on file in the County Auditor's office. ITEM 8. Rental of Equipment, prices per hour, on the following: Crane, Distributor, Portable Air Compressor, Grader, Front-end Loader, Rubber Tire Roller, Tandem and Steel Wheel Roller, BackhoeSnow Blower, Chipbox and Dozer. All bidders to state size of equipment and prices per hour. No bidder shall bid more than one item on each bid form, and the envelope in which the bid is enclosed shall be marked with the item number on the bid enclosed. Successful bidder or bidders to furnish the County with one (1) copy of bids and price lists. All materials used for new construction and maintenance shall meet State Specifications for 2022.
