This contract has an MWBE subcontractor participation goal of 15%. Subcontractors may be City or State-Certified MWBEs. This contract also has a Minority/Women Labor Participation goal of 25% of the total labor force hours. Replacement of all identified lead water services with new copper pipe between the water main and the water meter in the home. C. Provide Erosion and Sediment Control in accordance with the contract documents and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Standards and Specifications for Erosion and Sediments Control, November 2016. D. Submission of samples, shop drawings for all material to be provided and as called for in the Specifications. E. Provide Project Schedule. Contractor must coordinate work with the Department of Water and Water Supply. F. Contractor must maintain the surrounding areas clear of debris for the duration of the project. Streets and sidewalks shall be broom swept using a closed sweeper as necessary. G. Contractor will utilize parking spaces available on street. Contractor shall submit proposed parking restrictions and lane closures as part of a Maintenance and Protection of Traffic plan to Traffic Engineering for approval prior to the start of construction abiding by traffic restrictions noted in the plans. H. All existing materials to be removed for construction shall be removed from the construction site and properly disposed of at the Contractor's expense. Follow all laws, regulations and procedures to identify and properly dispose of all materials. I. Accompany Engineer during inspections. Comply with Punch List and complete all items. J. Provide required Warranties.
