The Contract Time is sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Developer reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. The Contractor understands that it may not withdraw this bid for a period of forty five (45) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
