Reference number : 1568246 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Wickham wishes to obtain tenders for the culvert replacement work in the 7 th range. Tenders will be submitted to Council at a later meeting. Any submission received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on obtaining the letter from the Ministère des Transports du Québec confirming the subsidy under the RIRL program (Redressement des infrastructures route locales) as well as the approval of the loan by-law. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval
