This bid guarantee must be exchanged before the contract is signed for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services as mentioned in the tender documents. The Center de services scolaire de l'Énergie, owner, is requesting tenders relating to the repair of the stage, dressing rooms and corridors and other related work at Félix Leclerc school. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting contracts for the construction of school service center buildings adopted under the Education Act (RSQ, c. I-13-3, r.0.01). The work schedule is scheduled to begin on June 27, 2022 and end on August 19, 2022. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
