Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: - Hazardous Material Abatement and disposal as indicated. - Selective demolition, disposal and salvage of building assemblies, equipment and fixtures as indicate. - Renovations to base building and preparation for future tenant fit-up. - Base building renovations including: .1 Selective Heritage Restoration of exterior masonry .2 Selective Restoration of interior wood work and plaster finishes. .3 New windows - Basement, Level 1 and Level 2 .4 Roof Replacement and modification of perimeter parapet. .5 Small addition of an East Entrance .6 Modernization of Existing Elevator with addition of back entrance. .7 Upgrade Main Entrance door and stair for proper exiting. .8 Upgrades to fire resistant ratings and rated assemblies throughout. .9 Upgrades of interior assemblies, miscellaneous doors, partitions etc. .10 Fit Up of Common Washrooms, Shower and Janitor Closets. .11 Upgrades to Fire Protections System .12 Upgrades to Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Systems .13 Upgrades to Electrical Systems. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
