The work requested is mainly but not exclusively the following: Replacement of the automatic transfer switch with a capacity of 800A at 600V and emergency network distribution panels. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond in accordance with the tender documents representing ten percent (10%) of the value of its tender payable to the Owner. This bid bond must be exchanged at the signing of the contract by a performance bond and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services in the form of bonds and in accordance with the tender documents.
