SCOPE: The project includes the removal and replacement of mechanical equipment, electrical power to the units, selective demolition, building finishes (flooring, bays, and ceilings), structural steel modifications to accommodate mechanical equipment, selective removal, and replacement / Connections to existing built-up roofing system associated with new rooftop equipment, and masonry exterior wall assemblies relating to mechanical unit removal and placement of new units.
