This Project consists of various upgrades to the Yakima County Stadium at State Fair Park. This project consists of various upgrades to the Yakima County Stadium at State Fair Park located at 1301 South Fair Avenue, Yakima, WA 98901. The Yakima County Stadium Improvements project includes, but is not limited to the following: Remove and replace existing plywood wall siding/panels and paint Replace parapet wall cap flashings EIFS replacement and repairs Roofing work consisting of removal of existing steel hat channels and sloped metal panel roofing, from the roof assembly above first floor spaces open to space below stadium seating assembly and installing new plywood panels with TPO roof membrane and miscellaneous flashings to provide a more weather tight assembly
