This bid as described is for the purchase of Portland Cement Concrete on an as needed basis for the City of Enterprise in conjunction with projects undertaken by the City. Based on projected usage, the City anticipates purchasing approximately 1,000 cubic yards of Portland Cement to be used by Public Works and City Contractors during the time period of March 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023. The City will pay only for the quantity purchased and is not obligated to purchase the amount estimated by these specifications. The City will pay on a per cubic yard basis. The successful vendor will deliver Portland Cement Concrete on an as needed basis to various project sites located within the City of Enterprise. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with the Bid Documents. The bidders shall show evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The bid number and the bid opening date must appear on outside the of the bid envelope. The City of Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to make an award in the best interest of the City of Enterprise. No oral, telephonic, telegraph proposals, modifications or alternate bids will be considered. Standard Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds apply. All proposals will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the published bid date.
