**As of April 8, 2022, project was awarded to Lewis, Inc, awarded amount is $162,375.34.** Contractor to provide all manpower and equipment necessary for the complete removal and replacement of sidewalks in the project construction area. The sidewalks should be 5 foot in width and minimum 4 inches thick with 5 foot construction joints. Concrete will be provided by the City under a separate contract at no cost to the Contractor. New sidewalk shall be installed flush with the adjacent sidewalk sections. All finished work shall meet ADA standards. The City will provide a disposal location at 500 East Drive (grinding site) to dispose of all construction debris at no cost to the contractor. Contractor shall provide the manpower and equipment to transport all construction debris from construction site at no additional cost to the owner. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with the Bid Documents. Bidders shall show evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The bid number and the bid opening date must appear on the outside of the bid envelope. The City of Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to make an award in the best interest of the City of Enterprise. No oral, telephonic, telegraph proposals, modifications or alternate bids will be considered. Standard Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds apply. All proposals will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the published bid date.
