The project location is the Johannesburg-Lewiston Area School which is located at 10854 M-32 East in Johannesburg, Michigan. The project consists of a new building addition to the east side ofJohannesburg-Lewiston Area School which will consist of a Field House, Auditorium, and other spaces. The Fieldhouse will be a pre-engineered metal building with slab on grade, the Auditorium construction will consist of a conventional steelframed building with nonbearing CMU Walls and concrete slab on grade and the remaining spaces will load-bearing CMU walls with the steel-framed roof structure and concrete slab on grade. There will be a new parking lot to the south of the proposed addition and a student drop-off drive and circle along the east and north sides of the building addition. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY Renovations- August 2022 and Addition August 2023. The Owner reserves the right to require any successful Bidder to furnish both a Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount.
