As of June 16, 2022, per the owner, this project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Lenawee County Road Commission (LCRC) is seeking proposals for the development of a complete set of Architectural and Engineering (AE) plans, specifications complying with applicable state and local building and zoning requirements for the purposes of building a new maintenance facility. The new facility will be referred to as the Woodstock Maintenance Facility which will be constructed at 9121 Round Lake Hwy., Addison, Ml. 49220, in Woodstock Township The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in bids and to make the award in whole or in part as may appear to be in the best interests of the Lenawee County Road Commission. This RFP does not commit the LCRC to pay any costs incurred prior to execution of a contract. Issuance of this material in no way obligates the LCRC to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response. The LCRC specifically reserves the right to vary all provisions set forth at any time prior to execution of .a contract where it deems it to be in the best interest of the LCRC, allowing the consultant to adjust the proposal accordingly.
