Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Frankfort, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Frankfort is requesting proposals from Consultants interested in performing the necessary tasks as follows for preliminary engineering, environmental assessment, and community engagement for the Holmes Street Corridor Planning Project in the City of Frankfort, Kentucky. The scope of work related to this Request for Proposals includes preliminary engineering, environmental assessment, and community engagement services. These services can include conducting a complete needs assessment of the corridor, developing a range of alternatives to meet current and future corridor needs, conducting community engagement activities, assessing possible environmental impacts that may result from the project, utility planning, and Phase I (30%) design. The actual scope of work and fee shall be negotiated between the City of Frankfort and the selected Consultant after a qualifications-based selection. The proposals will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and a consultant will be selected based on the criteria as described in the RFP package. All respondents will be notified once a consultant has been selected to enter into a contract with the City of Frankfort. The deadline for questions is close of business on March 2, 2022. All questions must be emailed to Angie Disponette, Purchasing Agent, at adisponette@frankfort.ky.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
