Renovation of a municipal facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,988-square-foot municipal facility.

As of May 1, 2025, the owner has issued a notice extending the bid from May 1, 2025 to May 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM. This notification is posted in their electronic plan room. However, an addendum was not issued. Important Notice: All attendees will be required to complete and sign the Orange County “Agreement Assuming Risk of Injury or Damage, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement” prior to the site visit. The signed form must be submitted to the Project Manager on-site, AJ Murray, at the time of the visit. The form has been provided below. Roof Access Requirements: An exterior fixed ladder is available for roof access; however, bidders must bring their own 6-foot ladder to reach the roof access point. Project no: Y25-760 Renovation of 45,988 SF of existing building. PARCEL ID : 08-23-29-8625-00-010 Building Trades to include: Demolition, concrete, structural steel & misc. metals, custom millwork & cabinets, roofing, caulking & waterproofing, doors frames & hardware, storefront windows & entrances, overhead doors, drywall & metal framing, acoustical ceilings & clouds, flooring, painting, div. 10 specialties, aluminum canopies, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical systems including fire alarm. Site/Civil Trades to include: Surveying, clearing & grubbing, grading, paving, utilities, storm systems, asphalt paving & curbing, landscaping & irrigation. Project Schedule: Construction is estimated to start February 2025 and duration is 24 Months Question Deadline 04/11/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The question and answer module of ProcureNow OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Scope of Work: 1. This section includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for the demolition, relocation and/or disposal of all building materials and equipment to be removed from the site. 2. This section provides for the complete or partial removal and disposal of specified existing structures, foundations, slabs, piping, roadways (including surface and base courses) and miscellaneous appurtenances encountered during construction operations. 3. Demolition includes: a. Demolition, partial removal and cutting of existing roadways and drainage culverts as required for the new construction. b. Distribution of salvageable, excess, and unacceptable materials. c. Off-site disposal of excess and unacceptable materials. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions: Monday, April 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers. Untimely questions are unable to be submitted in the question and answer module, thereafter respondents raising critical concerns must email cassandra.reyes@ocfl.net. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered.
