As of 3/31/2022 project was already awarded for $701,711.75. The project consists of: the construction of approximately 290 feet of a new asphalt commercial street, including parking, curb and gutter; sidewalk; ADA ramps; striping; signage; lighting; landscaping; stormwater catch basins; sewer manhole, services piping and bedding; and water main and services trenching, piping and bedding. The project also includes concrete and asphalt demolition and replacement, traffic control and other items per project drawings and specifications. Idaho Public Works Licenses are not required to bid but are required prior to contract award. This project is partially funded by an Idaho Department of Commerce Block Grant and is subject to certain grant conditions, including non-discrimination, and Davis Bacon Wage Act requirements. Bidders and Contractors must comply with the requirements set forth in the project specifications. Please contact the City for clarification and applicability.
