The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking submittals from qualified firms to provide wastewater flow metering services and analysis, which will include the installation of, at a minimum, one hundred (100) wastewater flow meters and thirty (30) rain gauges for use within SAWS' existing wastewater collection and conveyance system for a period of three (3) years. The selected firm will be responsible for providing, installing, maintaining, relocating, and removing all flow meters and rain gauges, as well as analyzing and reviewing all data to ensure that the wastewater flow and precipitation measurements meet the highest industry standards for accuracy during the contracted period.
