Holtje House - Supply and Installation of New Domestic Hot Water Heater and New ASME-Rated Hot Water Storage Tank All work necessary and incidental thereto, in accordance with the Contract Documents, including but not limited to supply and installation of new domestic hot water Heater and new ASME-rated hot water storage tank. Bidder is solely responsible for determining conditions at the work site in preparing its Bid. Bidders must be fully licensed, certified, and insured to perform all of the work required under the Contract Documents, and must be authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Any Bidder that is a corporation not chartered under the laws of the State of New Jersey must submit an affidavit certifying that said corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders, their subcontractors and suppliers, must comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Labor and are required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1999, c.238, "The Public Works Contractor Registration Act", which became effective on April 11, 2000. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1975, c.127, which pertains to "Non-Discrimination" and "Affirmative Actions", Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, federal Davis-Bacon Act which pertains to prevailing wages and Public Law 1977, c.33, which requires a statement of Corporate Ownership.
