The City of Sarasota (the "City") is soliciting proposals for continuing consulting engineering services for Small Utilities and Public Works Infrastructure Projects related to both ongoing Utilities and Public Works Capital Improvement, Rehabilitation, Relocation, and Replacement Programs. These programs shall include, but not be limited to, construction of new and/or rehabilitation, relocation, or replacement of existing potable and raw water, wastewater, and reclaimed water related infrastructure, such as, but not limited to, lift stations, pump stations, wells, and related appurtenances. Also included is the construction of new, rehabilitation, and/or replacement of existing public works infrastructure, such as, but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, drainage systems and related appurtenances. As such, the City requires high level technical engineering support services in order to achieve the above tasks and to efficiently maintain and operate its potable and raw water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utilities, streets, sidewalks, drainage systems, and related appurtenances. The City of Sarasota, Florida, is soliciting proposals from registered Consultants to provide usual and customary Engineering Services for design, permitting and construction coordination on an "as needed basis, all in accordance with the provisions of the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA). One or more firms may be chosen to enter into agreements with the City of Sarasota. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
