Renovation of a transportation facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,200-square-foot, three-story above grade transportation facility.
Interior build out in new PDX TCORE area. New MEPS connecting to existing infrastructure and complete build out for new Alaska Airlines Lounge. As of November 7, 2024, this project is bidding to subcontractors. The general contractor has been identified. A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, construction could begin May 2025. RFI's Due: November 12, 2024 The PDX TCORE Mezzanine Lounge will be a new main lounge for Alaska at PDX, one of three hub airports. The lounge will be an Alaska Airlines tenant improvement located within shell space currently being constructed as part of the Port of Portland's Terminal Core Renovation (TCORE) project south node, expected to be completed in October of 2025. The lounge will consist of an enplaning-level lobby with dedicated stair and elevator service to the mezzanine level, where 10,842 square feet of space will include Alaska's four customer experience areas of COME ON IN, HELP YOURSELF, TAKE A BREATH, and CUT LOOSE. The lounge will be supported by a commercial kitchen on the enplaning level and a storage / break / office space on the deplaning level..
