Public Utilities Extension to Serve FM 2920 Business Park Waller-Tomball Rd & FM 2920, Waller, Texas 77484 (the "Work"). In general, the work consists of installing 2,740 LF of 12" Waterline to be constructed via open cut and 345 LF to be constructed by trenchless method. 20 LF of the waterline shall be protected by steel casing as it crosses an existing pipeline. The work also consists of installing 3,373 LF of 4" Sanitary Sewer Force Main to be constructed via open cut and 25 LF being constructed via trenchless construction. The work also includes 3,184 LF of 4" Gas Line to be constructed via open cut with 25 LF being constructed via trenchless construction. The project will require 7 Fire hydrants, 1 Sanitary Lift Station, including associated surface restoration and storm water pollution prevention as shown on the drawings, including but not limited to: roadway, driveway, sidewalk, sod, etc. City of Waller will be bound by the terms of this invitation only to the extent funds, from whatever source, are available. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the ENGINEERS office (IDS Engineering Group, 13430 Northwest Freeway, Suite 700, Houston, Texas 77040), the original certified or cashier's check within twenty-four (24) hours of the bid opening. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after receipt of bids except with the approval of City of Waller reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid from any responsible person which will be most advantageous to it and result in the best and most economical completion of the Work.
