The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies.The Small Business Enterprise (DBE/EDGE/SBE) Goal applicable to this Project is 10%.Pollution Liability Insurance is required under GC Art. 12.1.3 for this Project. Removal by milling of three (3) inches of existing asphalt pavement in the center and right lanes of the mainline, removal by milling of two (2) inches of existing asphalt in the left lane and left and right shoulders, mill and fill of the Sonic Nap Alert Pattern ("SNAPs") in the left shoulder, resurfacing of the pavement and shoulders to the thickness specified in the Drawings, concrete approach slab removal and replacement, patching of concrete bridge decks and abutment slabs, concrete weatherproofing of bridges, full depth pavement repairs, installation of raised pavement markers and permanent pavement striping and/or other pavement markings, upgrading of guardrail, installation of SNAPs, and temporary traffic control, in both Eastbound and Westbound lanes. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for this Project.
