Surety in the form of a bid bond, certified check or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Piscataway shall submit with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of total bid. Contract time for this project is forty five (45) days.
