Augusta University is proposing the construction of a 5-story parking deck in the southwest corner of Augusta University's Health Sciences Campus. Located adjacent to the campus' residence halls, Oak and Elm Halls, the deck would provide approximately 270 spaces per level for a total of 1,350 spaces. The proposed site, Lot 1, is located south of the residence halls and currently contains 294 spaces, including 14 spaces that are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible. The project will increase overall parking capacity and serve Augusta University (AU) faculty, staff, and students, providing spaces closer to the Health Sciences Campus core and improving safety for all users. It is the responsibility of each respondent to examine the entire RFP, seek clarification in writing, and review its submittal for accuracy before submitting the document. Once the submittal deadline has passed, all submissions will be final. The Owner will not request clarification from individual respondents relative to their submission but reserves the right to ask for additional information from all parties who have submitted qualifications.
