Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stanton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 86,000-square-foot educational facility.
This project consists of a 120,000 SF, steel framed structure Façade and consists primarily of masonry veneer and metal panels, roof top units fan powered terminal units, and VAV boxes with associated plumbing, compressed air piping, and electrical. This is now Bid Package 2 which consists of Material Testing, Site, Concrete, Steel, Roof, Elevator and Fire Protection. Montgomery Martin Contractors is seeking your bid on this package for the Statewide Blue Oval City TCAT Campus. This is a ground up project to be located at 8285 Highway 222, Stanton, TN (Fayette County). The project will consist of constructing a new building for craft training that is approximately 120,000 sf. As of July 14, 2023, construction has commenced.
