Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of installing new sidewalk, handicap ramps, curb & gutter, storm drainage, remove & replace driveways, record drawings, traffic control, grassing, erosion control and other related work. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price will be required. If bid price is $25,000.00 or less no bonds are required. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. complete the work within 120 consecutive calendar days from and including said date
