Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Oroville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The proposed work for this project consists of the following generalized activities: Base Bid: Crack Seal and Remark Runway 2-20 (100 ft x 6,360 ft) and Taxiways A, B, C, and E within the runway hold bars (50 ft x 810 ft). Alternate 1: Crack Seal and Remark Taxiways A, B, C, D, E, and L, and the South Apron Taxiway (50 ft. X 8,250 ft.) Engineer's Estimate = $300,000 to $350,000 Further information regarding wage requirements, contract time, bonding requirements, federal requirements and other contract provisions are included in the Information for Bidders as part of the Contract Documents. Any questions or clarifications regarding the Contract Documents requested by Contractors shall be emailed to the City of Oroville, Assistant Community Development Director, Dawn Nevers, at dnevers@cityororoville.org after the pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Questions or clarifications to the Contract Documents will be responded to through the issuance of addendum(s) by the City. As required, Contractors that submit written questions or clarifications to the City by email (dnevers@cityoforoville.org) will be automatically placed on the bidders list. Addendums will be emailed to all Contractors who have submitted questions and have been placed on the bidders list. Addendums will also be place on the City's website (website address above). The construction work for the Base Bid shall be completed within fifteen (15) working days. The construction work for the Alternate 1 shall be completed within ten (10) working days.
