The City of Cadillac is accepting sealed bids for construction of a 30 x 40 x 10 cold storage pole building on the grounds of the Cadillac Waste Water Treatment plant. Construction will include the following: 9 x 10 Roll up door 10 x 10 Slider door 2 - 36 Service doors 2 - 36 x 36 Windows Steel Roof Steel Siding Standard barn truss (no overhang) 4 poured concrete floor with 2 soak away drains. Some fill will be required prior to construction.
