Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,603-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
**Project was awarded to IDL Projects Inc. in the amount of $19,945,463.30 Construction of a new commercial vehicle inspection station (CVIS) on the south side of Highway 16 complete with weigh scale building and inspection building. Construction of a new highway intersection with associated auxiliary lanes to access the CVIS. Terrace, BC - 3.3km northeast of the Highway 16 and Highway 37 roundabout. The new inspection station is located in an existing gravel pit ("Pit #3") - 140m northeast of Novotny Street. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
