Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 23,2022, the project was awarded to Schmidt Construction and the awarded amount is $1,236,875.60.** Reconstruction of Plaza Drive from Twenty Mile Road to Dransfeldt Road. Work includes but is not limited to 4,800 square yards of concrete pavement removal; 1,950 cubic yards of unclassified excavation; 1,950 cubic yards of aggregate base course; 2,350 tons of hot mix asphalt; 364 concrete pavement and 700 square yards of concrete sidewalk. In addition, there is also associated signalization, clearing/grubbing, landscape restoration, pavement markings and traffic control. Reconstruction/resurfacing work of Arezzo Circle from Ventana Street to Bolero Drive. Work includes but is not limited to 815 square yards of full depth asphalt; 2,000 lineal feet of 1.5" edge mill asphalt; 550 tons of hot mix asphalt and 80 square yards of concrete sidewalk removal & replacement. In addition, there is also associated erosion and traffic control necessary to complete the program.
