The Scope of Work under this contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and associated work necessary to complete the Runway 11-29 Reconstruction and Safety Enhancements project at Bay Bridge Airport. The scope of work for this project includes reconstruction and paving of Runway 11-29, reconstruction and paving of Taxiway A and Taxiway B connector taxiways to the runway, runway lighting and approach aids, taxiway lighting, electrical vault, and earthwork and drainage improvements to the RSA of Runway 11-29. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Questions regarding this bid will be accepted by AECOM by emailing Derek.Hollinger@aecom.com. The cutoff date for questions is Tuesday, March 1, 2022. Each bid shall be accompanied by all completed bid forms (Form of Proposal, Affidavit, Experience, Buy American Preference, Drug-Free Certification, Utilization and DBE form, Disclosure of Interest, Bid Tabulation Forms), and a bid guaranty in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (Base Bid + Add-Alternate 1) which shall be a Cashier's Check made payable to The County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, or a bid bond which is underwritten by a surety approved by the County. Queen Anne's County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or portions thereof, when, in their judgment, the public will be better served.
